Problem:
The client was unable to understand what marketing efforts were executed when, to whom and what return each activity received.

- 108 separate reporting solutions, ranging from full enterprise to ad hoc
- 69 single-purpose tools, including project management to MS Excel, which consumed more than 500,000 hours a year
- A significant number of redundant processes across campaign in-take to execution
- 18 months into planning and no clear future road map
Solution:
We quickly identified disparate data and improper implementation of the tools currently in place. The Numeric Analytics team then designed a strategy assessment and road map engagement that involved hundreds of interviews, stakeholder surveys and focus groups representing over 800 employees across our client’s sales and marketing group.
Result:
In four months, we identified major gaps and areas of opportunity that will be addressed in an 18-month road map that makes the most of people, processes and platforms. The Numeric Analytics team is now leading the execution of that road map.
