Problem:

The client was in the middle of an analytic migration from SiteCatalyst HBX to SiteCatalyst and asked Numeric Analytics to fully assess their business and metric  strategy, then implement that strategy across 80+ affiliate sites. Their current implementation consisted of a base set of metrics but was extremely time intensive to maintain or change.

Solution:

The Numeric Analytics team engaged with many of the client’s stakeholders to identify their online business objectives, revenue model and expenditures. From this, we designed a hierarchical reporting strategy that uncovered the primary metrics to the appropriate audiences. It also aligned their online efforts with the organization’s business objectives.
Numeric Analytics then architected and implemented SiteCatalyst in a single methodology that they could apply across all properties.  We then provided the dashboards and reports, processes and methodologies for supporting and evangelizing the use of data throughout the organization.

Result:
Our client can now rapidly deploy and support over 80 disparate websites with a single technical framework and reporting strategy across all levels of the organization. They have now succeeded in providing the key insights to each stakeholder to help drive their business decisions.
