Ted has over 12 years of experience in online optimization, business consulting, and technology management.  Prior to joining Numeric Ted held positions such as V.P. of Customer Service, Director of Product Engineering and COO with several successful companies taking part in all aspects of the business while overseeing online marketing, measurement, development, training, and support.  Over the years Ted has led and executed enterprise engagements with many of the top companies across North America. At Numeric Ted is responsible for all services and has hands-on involvement in many of their enterprise engagements.

 

Cedric Alford

Practice Lead | Marketing Automation

Cedric Alford is responsible for national implementations of the Aprimo Marketing Studio solution. Cedric has over 15 years of experience in database marketing, direct mail, analytics, inbound and outbound email and marketing in general. Cedric has been involved in several strategic marketing initiatives for companies such as Kodak, NetApp, DeVry, Honda, Serta, Sears, Sprint, Dish Networks, Bank of America, Walmart, Walgreens, Edward Jones. Of the fifteen years experience, Cedric has over 10 years of executive consulting experience in the marketing industry, including new product development, analytics, direct mail, list management and brokerage, and interactive marketing, including email and text messaging. Cedric has held the titles for Director of Database Marketing for a $2.5 billion marketing company, the Director of New Business for the largest privately held list brokerage and management company in the United States, Director of Program Management, Director of Business Development and Technical Director. Cedric has been responsible for eMarketing programs involving over 400 million targeted emails, including personalization and dynamic content, as well as analytical targeting and segmentation for over 7 billion product transactions.

Cedric has a B.S. in Business Management, an M.B.A. with a specialty in Marketing and a Doctorate of Management, with a focus on Organizational Leadership. Cedric Alford is also a member of the Kappa Alpha Psi national achievement fraternity.
