Problem:

The client needed a new implementation strategy for Omniture SiteCatalyst. They couldn’t track many of their key metrics and didn’t have a manageable strategy. This meant missing data, inefficiency and wasted time, lack of data integrity, and lack of user trust and data adoption.

Solution:
Numeric Analytics worked with our client to engage the analytics group, IT departments and multiple marketing agencies to architect and coordinate a new implementation to fix current issues and create a scalable strategy. We leveraged our tagging framework and methodology to provide a solution team that integrated approximately 40 vendor applications into a sound data capture method that out client can now centrally manage, ensuring accurate analytic data.

Result:

The client can now implement metrics and whole sites in a fraction of the time. The organization has reliable data, which has become a key part of their online business processes.
